Sales Executive – Property & Real Estate Division

BLC is recruiting a Sales Executive for its Property and Real Estate Division. The role focuses on revenue generation through property sales and lettings. 

The Sales Executive owns the sales pipeline, converts qualified leads, and closes transactions. The role is target-driven and system-led, with clear accountability for results.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales systems
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and deal structures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare pipeline and performance reports
  • Work with valuation, conveyancing, and development teams

Must Have

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in property and real estate
  • Proven closing ability with a measurable sales track record
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Tech savvy with ability to work across digital platforms
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills

Nice to have

  • Own transport
  • Existing property client network
  • Experience in both sales and leasing
  • Exposure to real estate valuations or development projects
